"Jiucheng Hotel is first-class in the local area. It is built in a garden, with enough parking spaces and good staff. The breakfast is almost rich, the room and the whole hotel are very clean, and the decoration is stylish and beautiful. It has its own large restaurant, and the food and beverage are all good, which is convenient for guests, otherwise they may have to walk a long way to eat. There is no good restaurant in a small street outside the main entrance, and there are many cotton shops outside the back door, and no restaurant. The hotel could have done better: the boiler room could be moved to the ”Lulu” area to avoid noise affecting multiple rooms. Due to the building itself, there are several rooms between the state of having windows and no windows. In these cases, the room price should be reduced to a certain extent and the guests should be informed online or in person to avoid all kinds of unpleasantness caused by it."

"The room is clean and spacious. The view is super good. The decoration style is modern and simple. I like it very much. The hotel is no less than the nearby Atour Hotel and Lavande Hotel. In the past, I used to go to Atour Hotel for travel, but now I choose this hotel. All toiletries in the hotel are fully equipped, so there is no need to bring any separate toiletries. I smelled the hotel towels specifically and they were disinfected. The hot water in the hotel is also great. Turn on the switch and it will be hot water, not as excessive as cold water. That's all a surprise. The customer service attitude at the front desk on the 23rd floor is very good. She always kept a soft smile, and the aunt in the restaurant next to her was also very polite. You can dine in the hotel restaurant all day long without going out. Suitable for dating, travel and business. The breakfast is rich and varied, with reasonable mix, including freshly cooked noodles, freshly squeezed soy milk, hot milk, coffee machine, and rich and diverse breakfast varieties. I will give you warm service in the morning, so that you will be in a good mood all day long and do things smoothly. Will continue to stay at this hotel."

"This hotel was fantastic. I’ve stayed in Atour hotels a few times before and been happy, but the staff here were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. No issues checking in with a passport - they seemed to know the process and it took the same amount of time it would in a larger city. We left some dirty clothes in a laundry basket in our room only to discover when we came back later that day they’d been washed and dried. Overall - I just felt pleasantly surprised by the place every step of the way."

"A long-established hotel in Luzhou. It has been around for a long time and does not have the environment of a new area. However, the rooms are larger and the hygiene is very good. Compared with the old building, the B building where I stayed this time had some facilities such as bath towels that were not as big or thick as before, and the comfort level was not enough. Overall much better than most budget chain stores."

"First of all, I must praise the environment of the hotel. It is in the Zhangba Longan Forest. The environment is very good. Secondly, the staff are also very polite. They have a sense of service, but it is more superficial. When checking in, the front desk received a call from a takeaway asking for directions. He kept talking on the phone for more than ten minutes and left us alone. The check-in process was not very pleasant. The next night, I don’t know why the room had no electricity. I waited at the door of the room for 10 to 20 minutes. Later, they said they would change us to another room. Although they kept apologizing, there was no compensation at all. In addition, the breakfast variety was too simple and the restaurant tasted average. In general, I still like this hotel. I hope it can do better."
